    Ask Halt why he never mentioned light beams falling near his feet on the tape!

    Investigate the time alteration theory as described by Penniston and Bouroughs. If I remember right, Bouroughs said that time elapsed faster than Pennistons time as he investigated the incident.

    Try to get Pennistons photos.
